The NRMCA Pervious Concrete Contractor Certification Program is a “Technician” Level Certification recommended for Testing Personnel, Inspectors, Engineers, Project Managers, Concrete Suppliers, and Contractors.

This self-study, one-day program includes a Pervious Textbook, 3-hour Virtual Study Session, Online Exam, and an NRMCA Pervious wallet card after Certified. A valid U.S. picture ID is required for the exam. You will need to have access to a computer, Zoom, and email during the Online Exams.

MRMCA 2023 Program Policy: Please read all carefully before Registering for this Certification:

• NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given within 14 days of the class.
• All Refunds and Credits within the 14 day grace period will be subject to processing fees.
• There are no returns on Textbooks.
• In addition, NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given for no-shows on the day of the Exam.
• Changes in company personnel are allowed up to 7 days prior to the exam with the stipulation that the workbook transfer is the responsibility of the company changing personnel. 
• Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA) reserves the right to change, cancel, or reschedule Study Sessions, Training, Exams, Performance Evaluations, and Exam sites at any time. MRMCA will contact you if any changes occur.
