For over 45 years Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association, Inc. (MRMCA) has been your VOICE for the Maryland ready mix industry. MRMCA is a resource for local, state, and national legislative affairs. MRMCA provides concrete education, training, and certifications. MRMCA advocates for its Members by working with the State on specifications, technical issues, and environmental matters. We keep our Members informed of local and national concrete News. Members have access to the latest industry safety policies and regulations through the Association. ADVOCACY Advocating for sustainable and resilient concrete pavements and structures in Maryland.

  • Engagement with other MDOT Business Units such as Maryland Aviation, Ports, MTA, and MdTA.
  • The "Buy Clean Maryland" Task Force consists of Producers and other key MRMCA Members to assist current and guide future legislation.
  • Representing the concrete industry legislatively in Annapolis, MD through our Lobbyist group.
  • Coordination with NRMCA’s Government Affairs Team on a National level.

  • MRMCA Staff attend and participate in multiple industry Trade Shows, Conferences, and Conventions throughout the year to represent the Association's Members.
