Executive Director
Dee Dee Kennedy
As Executive Director of the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association, Dee Dee Kennedy serves and advocates on behalf of the Association’s Membership, leading initiatives that advance the use, performance, and perception of concrete across Maryland. With a professional background in sales, marketing, and luxury brand management, Dee Dee brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to association leadership. Her expertise in business development, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning has translated seamlessly into the concrete industry, where she drives Member value, strengthens industry partnerships, and champions concrete as the building material of choice.
At MRMCA, Dee Dee oversees all aspects of the Association’s operations, including legislative and regulatory advocacy, promotion and marketing, education and workforce development, certification programs, and technical initiatives. She works closely with a Board of Directors and more than 100 Member companies to ensure the industry remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with evolving codes, standards, and sustainability goals within Maryland.
Dee Dee is actively engaged at both the state and national levels. She serves on committees with the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), MRMCA, and the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Maryland Chapter. She is the Co-Chair of the Concrete Leadership Team which consists of both public and private Maryland concrete industry leadership, and a member of the nationwide Aggregate and Concrete Executives (ACE) Group.
A proud University of Maryland alumna, Dee Dee is a leading voice behind the MAKE A CONCRETE DECISION.® campaign, positioning concrete at the forefront of construction in Maryland and beyond.
Administrative & Member Services Manager
Mindy Green
Mindy Green has been a dedicated Member of the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA) team since 2006. Serving as the Association’s Administrative and Member Services Manager now, she is instrumental in supporting MRMCA’s Membership through oversight of Member services, administration, communications, and event coordination.
With nearly two decades of experience at MRMCA, Mindy plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with long-standing Member companies and ensuring the seamless execution of the Association’s programs and events. Her institutional knowledge and attention to detail are critical to the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the organization.
Mindy is actively involved in both MRMCA and broader industry initiatives. She serves on several MRMCA committees, including Membership, the joint industry Safety Committee, and the Annual Concrete Conference Committee. She is the Past Secretary of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Maryland Chapter and contributed to the planning of the 2025 ACI Fall Convention in Baltimore, Maryland.
Prior to joining MRMCA, Mindy worked in the residential construction sector with a home builder, providing her with a strong foundation in the built environment. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Frostburg State University.
Outside of her professional role, Mindy enjoys volunteering with youth programs at her church, following baseball, and caring for her family and multiple pets.
Promotion & Events Assistant
Hayley Martin
Hayley has been with MRMCA since February 2025. Based in Westminster, Maryland, she is a proud graduate of Carroll Country Career and Technology Center, where she completed and HVAC program before pivoting into the concrete industry.
Hayley serves the Membership in areas of certifications, events, and promotional support as well as overseeing social media execution and other Member communications. She is on the Concrete Conference Planning Committee, and served as a member of the ACI Baltimore Convention Host Chapter Committee.
Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her two beloved dogs, Sadie and Hank, and spending time with her loved ones.
