Executive Director

Dee Dee Kennedy

Dee Dee proudly serves the Membership of the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA) in the areas of Promotions, Marketing & Events, Advocacy & Legislation, Technical matters, Concrete Certifications & Education. 

Dee Dee serves as the American Concrete Association (ACI) Maryland Chapter's Certifications Program Manager, Technical Liaison, and Marketing. She is the Chairperson for the 2025 ACI Convention in Baltimore, MD and she is on the ACI Maryland Chapter's Nominating Committee.

Ms. Kennedy presides on several Committees for NRMCA, MRMCA & the ACI Maryland Chapter. She is the Co-Chair for the Maryland Concrete Leadership Team, the Maryland Concrete Conference Planning Committee, and the MCMC Planning Committee. 

With family in concrete, Dee Dee came to the industry from a long career in regional sales management, marketing, training, and special events on the supplier side of the beverage industry, managing wholesale sales teams with giants such as Ketel One Vodka and Moët Hennessy. Before that, she managed restaurant programs with The Cheesecake Factory, Houston’s, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.

Dee Dee is a proud University of Maryland “Terrapin”, a Certified Sommelier, and has a Masters Certification in HR from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland and in her spare time you will find her at a concert.

Administrative & Member Services Manager

Mindy Green

Mindy has been with the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA) since 2006 serving the Association’s Members in the areas of Membership Services, Administration, Communications, and Events.

Mindy is a Past Secretary of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Maryland Chapter and currently runs their Membership Program. She is on the 2025 ACI Convention Committee for Baltimore, MD.

Mindy resides on several Committees within MRMCA, the joint-industry Safety Committee, and the Annual Concrete Conference Committee.

Prior to coming to the Association, Mindy worked for a residential home builder. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Frostburg State University.

In her spare time, Mindy enjoys working with the youth at her church, watching baseball, and taking care of a variety of pets including her dog, cat, fish, and leopard gecko. Mindy, her husband, and their 2 children enjoy living in Frederick, MD.
