Please Note: ACI Certification Registrations fill quickly and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

ACI MARYLAND CHAPTER 2023 PROGRAM POLICY: (Please read all carefully before Registering)

• NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given within 14 days of the Study Session date
• No Changes in company personnel are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Exam (Company will be responsible for transferring Textbook to new employee).
• All Refunds and Credits will be subject to processing
• ACI Certification Workbooks are non-refundable.
• NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given for Exam day No-Shows.
• ACI Maryland Chapter (and their Certifications Managing Partner, MRMCA) reserve the right to change, cancel, or reschedule Study Sessions, Training, Exams, Performance Evaluations, and Exam Sites at any time. ACI Maryland Chapter will contact you if any changes occur.
• Textbooks, Study Materials, and Zoom Information will be sent post-Registration to the Examinee’s Email and Address given at Registration.
• All Examinee’s are required to present valid U.S. identification at the time of exams.
• Examinee’s must have proper PPE including a hard hat, safety glasses, vest, protective gloves, and work boots for any Performance Exam.
