Executive Director
Dee Dee Kennedy
As the Executive Director, Dee Dee proudly serves the Membership of the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association. With a career rooted in sales, marketing, and luxury brand management, Dee Dee brings a strategic and results-driven approach to promoting and advancing the concrete sector across Maryland and beyond.
Before stepping into her leadership role in the concrete industry, Dee Dee built a successful career in luxury beverage sales and business development, honing her skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and market strategy. This experience has been instrumental in her ability to drive initiatives, foster industry partnerships, and advocate for the interests of MRMCA Members at both the state and national levels.
As Executive Director, Dee Dee leads the promotion, marketing & events, legislation & advocacy, concrete education, certifications, and technical matters for MRMCA. She is also a key figure in multiple organizations, actively serving on committees for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, MRMCA, and the ACI Maryland Chapter.
Beyond MRMCA, Dee Dee plays an integral role in the American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) Maryland Chapter, where she serves as their Certifications Program Manager, marketing manager, and technical liaison. She is on the Nominating Committee and is the Chapter Chairperson for the 2025 ACI Fall Convention in Baltimore, MD.
Dee Dee is a proud Maryland Terrapin. And she is a driving force behind the MAKE A CONCRETE DECISION.®️ campaign, ensuring that Maryland’s concrete industry remains at the forefront of sustainability, innovation, and workforce development.
Administrative & Member Services Manager
Mindy Green
Mindy has been with the Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA) since 2006 serving the Association’s Members in the areas of Membership Services, Administration, Communications, and Events.
Mindy is a Past Secretary of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Maryland Chapter. She also served on the 2025 ACI Convention Committee for Baltimore, MD.
Mindy resides on several Committees within MRMCA, the Membership Committee, the joint-industry Safety Committee, and the Annual Concrete Conference Committee.
Prior to coming to the Association, Mindy worked for a residential home builder. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Frostburg State University.
In her spare time, Mindy enjoys working with the youth at her church, watching baseball, and taking care of a variety of pets including her dog, cat, and leopard gecko. Mindy, her husband, and their 2 children enjoy living in Frederick, MD.
