EVENT ANTITRUST STATEMENT

The 25th Annual Maryland Concrete Conference Planning Committee is committed to ensuring that this event is conducted in full compliance with all applicable federal and state antitrust laws. It is essential that all discussions and activities align with these legal standards to maintain a fair and competitive industry environment.

If at any time during the event, it is believed that a sensitive topic under antitrust laws is being discussed, event organizers will advise the group and halt further discussion. Attendees are likewise encouraged to immediately voice any concerns if such topics arise.

Please remember that participants in this event may be competitors. Discussions of commercially sensitive matters—such as pricing, bidding strategies, or market allocation—can create the appearance of an antitrust violation, even if unintended. To ensure compliance, such discussions should be avoided before, during, and after this event.

Thank you for your cooperation in fostering a professional and legally compliant environment.
